Sales and Marketing
Our Sales and Marketing Division is responsible for maximizing revenues and profits through precise market positioning and well thought out marketing plans and programs. An aggressive on site commissioned sales force is led by management and supported by our experienced national sales team which provides key services in the areas of eCommerce, pricing, revenue management, regional sales support and athletic sales.
Support and assist the property general managers and sales departments in planning and executing property specific sales plans. Conduct weekly meetings to monitor group sales pace, assist properties in market segment saturation and to help staff strategize and adjust to help overcome soft revenue periods.
Monitor weekly and monthly sales reports to ensure property sales staff is working to their potential and achieving the results needed for the success of the hotel.
Share a broad spectrum of industry knowledge and provide guidance, as needed by the properties for management of Internet travel websites and related marketing and advertising opportunities.
Provide an annual marketing plan outline as well as conduct review and follow-up of each property plan.
Ensure listing and participation in appropriate national, regional, state and local publications eg. AAA TourBook and Internet, motorcoach publications, National Business Travel Association directory. Monitor and assist in design and printing of property promotional materials.
We are in continuous pursue of revenue maximization innovations through training and by participating in numerous conferences and sales and marketing gatherings. We believe in achieving more than our market share to meassure our success.
